Screening Process

Screening is required for all new clients, no exceptions. All info gets deleted after verification. I kindly ask for photo ID from new clients (you can block out your address, just need to see name & DOB). I understand that divulging personal information can be uncomfortable. All information will be handled with the utmost care and discretion. Thank you for trusting me and demonstrating that you care for my sense of safety and well-being.

Please complete my contact form to express interest and begin screening.* Please allow up to 48 hours for me to complete screening and reach out via email (I usually respond within an hour) - if you don’t hear back, be sure to check your spam folder.

*Not a fan of forms? That’s okay! Simply email me all of the required information from the booking form to begin the process. Emails sent with incomplete screening information will not be responded to.

If you are still not comfortable with my screening requirements, that is fine - we’re simply not compatible. Please don’t send me emails detailing why your situation is special and deserving of an exemption.

Deposits

I do ask for a small 20% deposit for all pre-bookings, amount dependent on how long the booking is. I am offering electronic payments via credit card for deposits.

Cancellation policy

While I understand life happens, if you have to cancel our date in Nashville I will kindly ask you to give me a 48 hrs heads up and we can reschedule. If you cancel twice then you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours I will ask for a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel on a tour date I will require a 50% cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel. In the unlikely event that I cancel, I will immediately refund any deposits.
